Was talking to my boss last Fri, mentioned about this trip. Found some of the fotos and decided to post it here.
It was really an experience. Really eye opening. No regret going for the trip and I even get to see my sponsored child.
On the first day, our coach got struck in the mud after our Safari trip. Took us few hours before we can continue our journey. The weather that day was so cold, 6 degree. We have to get out of the coach so that they can try to get the coach out of the mud. It was so cold that Mum got freeze. I was so worried but luckily she was alright after everyone tried to make her warm. In the end, they let mum sit in the coach.
Then on the last day (4th) of work, the only guy volunteer had an accident while working. He was using this T shape thing (not sure what it is call) to dig the ground. It bounced back and hit his lip. His lip/mouth got a hole and was bleeding. They have to send him to the hospital to bandage. Luckily he was alright except having a white bandage on his lip.
Those memories! Here are some fotos to share with you. Enjoy!
